By accessing or using ReelAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReelAI provides an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create short-form vertical video content through text prompts and templates. The Service includes the Studio editor, template library, and associated tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, subject to the following conditions:

Content generated through ReelAI is yours to use commercially
You grant ReelAI a non-exclusive license to display your content in showcases and promotional materials, unless you opt out
You may not claim that AI-generated content was created entirely without AI assistance where disclosure is required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Credits & Payments

The Service is paid for with credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs; there is no subscription and you are never charged on a recurring basis. Purchased credits do not expire, are tied to your account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits are spent when you use paid features, such as creating a reel or generating a scene with AI; a scene that fails to generate is refunded in credits automatically. Credits from promo codes have no cash value. Refunds of purchases are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReelAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
